            David specialises in industrial disease litigation with a particular focus on mesothelioma, asbestos and respiratory diseases, silicosis, dermatitis, HAVS, carpal tunnel syndrome, noise induced hearing loss and work related upper limb disorders.

            David's major insurer and insured clients have included Norwich Union, BAI Claims Services Limited, AXA Liabilities Managers, AXA Corporate Solutions, Zurich and Rio Tinto Plc.

            David has in-depth experience of dealing with claims in relation to the construction sector, varying from small to medium enterprises to large multi-nationals including AMEC, Taylor Woodrow Group, John Laing, Bovis Lend Lease, Rentokil Initial Ltd and Taylor Wimpey.

            Claims have ranged from several thousand pounds to over a million pounds, including a recently concluded mesothelioma claim for Ł650,000. In addition, David has contributed to occupational disease articles for the Post Magazine and technical guides for clients.
