            Charlotte is a Senior Associate based out of the Bristol and London Offices. Charlotte specialises in insurance and reinsurance litigation in the fields of product and public liability, EL/PL, aviation, product recalls and property litigation.
            Charlotte has substantial expertise in advising insurers and their customers on UK and international property claims, including claims arising from floods and fire though to advising them on wider casualty EL and PL claims. Charlotte also handles complex product liability claims and has a well established product liability portfolio which typically falls into the areas of motor, engineering, aviation, medical devices and construction. She advises many well known manufacturers following product liability disputes and has an established working relationship with a well known major truck and bus manufacturer (in the UK and Europe).

            With regards to her aviation expertise, Charlotte's core area of expertise concerns resolving civil aviation liability disputes which arise out of fatal or near miss air accidents, but she is also regularly instructed in relation to contractual and coverage disputes and dealing with aviation product liability issues. Charlotte has most recently been involved in coverage disputes in Europe and in the UK, fatal accidents involving high profile historic aircraft, property damage claims caused by low flying aircraft and contractual disputes arising from hangarage and maintenance obligations.

            Charlotte is praised by clients for understanding complex technical detail and explaining it to clients in terms that they can understand.
