            Michael is an employment specialist with a successful track record in employment related litigation in the Employment Tribunals throughout the UK as well as the Employment Appeal Tribunal.




            He has a particularly strong background in supporting energy, IT and telecoms clients in respect of the employment related and TUPE aspects of service provision changes and outsourcing.

            Michael qualified in 1996 after a career in marketing in the travel and leisure business. As well as having a strong pedigree in contentious employment matters, he provides regular support to DWF's property, corporate and banking teams in relation to employment and TUPE aspects of transactions.

            Chambers 2012 commented that he has particular expertise in insourcing, outsourcing and equal pay matters.
