            He undertakes litigated injury claims work for insurers and loss adjusters, together with a number of major national clients on a nominated basis with particular expertise in the outsourcing and retail sectors.

            Tom and his team work closely with clients to provide a comprehensive injury claims litigation service, combining technical expertise with practical, commercial advice and aiming to reduce claims exposure.

            He undertakes litigated claims work for insurers and loss adjusters, together with a number of major national clients on a nominated basis with particular expertise in the outsourcing and retail sectors. He is a member ofFOIL's retail sector focus team and sit on DWF's retail, food and hospitality sector group committee.

            He has a special interest in employers' liability, public liability and road traffic accident claims, advising on a broad range of claims including those involving subtle brain injury, complex fractures and chronic pain.

            Tom is a keen follower of all sports and support Oldham Athletic. He also enjoys long-distance running and skiing.
