She is experienced in dealing with acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, estate management and property finance with a particular focus on acting for corporate occupiers.Rachel acts for clients in both the private and public sector including developers, institutional landlords, charities and national corporate occupiers in relation to acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold), property finance, landlord and tenant matters and estate management.
She has particular expertise in the corporate occupier sector and am highly experienced in acting for a number of PLC retail and leisure clients for whom she has dealt with a number of high profile deals ranging from the acquisition of flagship stores to warehouse space of over 100,000 square feet.
