            Nicholas advises individuals, corporate entities and institutional investors on all aspects of share and asset acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, large group reorganisations and general corporate governance.
            He has significant experience of advising clients in the food and beverage sector including acting for an international client on a series of strategic acquisitions and acting for a large privately owned group of companies on a series of restaurant chain acquisitions.

            Nicholas has substantial experience of acting for clients engaged in the dental industry having acted for a large international healthcare provider on its dental practice acquisition programme.

            He has also acted for multiple clients engaged in the oil and gas and offshore renewable energy sectors on acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and general corporate governance.

            Outside of work Nicholas is a keen golfer and football player and enjoys going to the gym in his free time.
