            Matthew Doughty


            Matthew is a corporate lawyer with more than 20 years' experience specialising in mid-market M&A and capital markets transactions for private and publicly owned companies.
            He advises companies, private equity funds and mid-market investment banks active in the capital markets. He also has expertise in fund formation work, with respect to both listed and private funds investing across various asset classes (e.g. private equity, real estate, alternative assets).

            Matthew advises companies, private equity funds and mid-market investment banks active in the capital markets with particular expertise in the technology sector.

            He was named a Super Lawyer for Corporate Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial and Investment Services in 2013 and 2014 by Super Lawyers London.

            Outside of work, Matthew enjoys spending time at home with his family and friends, walking, watching rugby and playing golf.
