Partner // Executive Partner (Manchester) & Head of Client Development

Kirsty oversees the firm's approach to client relationships across the commercial side of the business, whilst maintaining her core role as an employment lawyer.
She is responsible for managing a number of significant client relationships for the firm and is noted for her ability to ensure a coordinated service line approach for the benefit of clients.

Kirsty is particularly known for her expertise in employment litigation including discrimination and whistle blowing cases and has undertaken extensive High Court injunction work. She has been recognised by the legal directories for ten years.

Kirsty is a Governor of a local academy, a trustee of a children's charity, Vision4children, based at Alder Hey and a board member of Girls Out Loud, an organisation supporting teenage girls.

She sees "the world through commercial eyes", and "understands we're running a business and is very responsive."
