          His expertise covers reviewing and drafting contracts of employment, service agreements and consultancy agreements, post termination business protection (restrictive covenants), senior executive entries and exits, redundancy consultation (individual and collective), changes to terms and conditions of employment, restructures and harmonisation, TUPE, compromise agreements, Working Time (both the 1998 Regulations and the 2005 Road Transport Regulations), "whistleblowing", industrial relations, disciplinary, grievance and appeal procedures, advising over discrimination issues and all types of Employment Tribunal litigation.

          He also advises over immigration issues including assisting employers in securing Home Office employer sponsorship licences, assisting sponsor companies in obtaining Tier 2 visas for highly skilled migrants, advising high worth individual investors and entrepreneurs in obtaining Tier 1 visas, advising higher education establishments and post/undergraduate students in respect of various visa issues, advising individuals over spouse/dependents' visas together with routes to settlement and citizenship, advising employers over "right to work" issues and the surrounding statutory requirements and penalty regime.
