            Jérôme Lehucher is Partner in the International Arbitration group of DWF. His practice focuses on investment arbitration, commercial arbitration and international oil transactions.

            Jérôme has acted as counsel for Central Asian, Latin American and African States and state-owned entities, as well as private sector companies in ICSID, UNCITRAL and ICC arbitrations, in the energy, agricultural, pharmaceutical, services technology, communications, sanitation & flood protection sectors, with amounts at stake ranging from USD 65 million to USD 30 billion. He has also advised clients in the negotiation and follow-up of their petroleum contracts and the annulment of arbitral awards.

            Prior to joining DWF in Paris, Jérôme practiced for over 13 years at leading international arbitration law firms in Paris, New York and Buenos Aires. He holds an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University School of Law, a Master II degree in International Business Law from Paris V René Descartes University and a Master I degree in Private Law from Paris II Panthéon-Assas University. He is a member of the New York bar. He is fluent in French, English and Spanish.
