            Jeremy is an experienced corporate lawyer who specialises in mergers and acquisitions for both public and private companies, equity capital market work and venture capital.

            He advises on a wide range of corporate work including private equity transactions as well as acquisitions for public companies both domestically and internationally, including in the US, Germany and China.

            His practice also has a particular focus on advising companies on raising funds via flotations on AIM, and he has advised companies and nominated advisers on 15 flotations and more than 26 secondary fundraisings over the last 15 years.

            My experience in cross-border acquisitions includes acting for UK companies in transactions across China, USA, Spain, Russia, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, Hong Kong, New Zealand, Brazil, Argentina, Kazakhstan, Germany and India.
