Hannah regularly advises clients on all manner of employment issues including TUPE, tribunals, restrictive covenants, redundancies and restructures, disciplinary and grievances.
Hannah regularly represents clients in tribunal and performs the advocacy. She advises on TUPE transactions including business transfers, outsourcing and insourcing. She guides and support the HR team through the consultation process and negotiating warranties and indemnities. She frequently assists clients with enforcing restrictive covenants against former employees.
Additionally she drafts and reviews service agreements, employment contracts, employment policies and settlement agreements. She advises clients on strategic HR issues such as complex disciplinary and grievance matters, large-scale changes and harmonisation of terms and conditions of employment and redundancy situations. She also assists and supports clients with Union issues such as pay negotiations, disputes and recognition issues.
She regularly speaks on a range of employment issues at internal and external events and also deliver bespoke training to clients on topical subjects..
Away from DWF, Hannah is a school governor, marathon runner and theatre lover.
