Gary has over 20 years' experience in this area, including holding various roles as a prosecutor for local authorities and environmental bodies. This allows him to provide clients with a specialist insight into the enforcement techniques adopted by regulators and the most appropriate methods to take to ensure the best chance of avoiding a prosecution.
His clients range from multinational companies to one-man bands and often come from the construction, food and retail sectors. He recently advised on one of the few prosecutions that have, so far, been brought for corporate manslaughter.
