            Frank Shephard

            Partner // National Head of Corporate

            Frank is Head of the National Corporate Team. He deals with all types of public and private company transactions, including M&A, Private Equity and Equity Capital Markets.

            Frank has worked as a corporate lawyer for 20 years dealing in all aspects of corporate finance work including flotations and fundraisings, mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions with a particular focus on the financial services, logistics, retail and technology sectors. 

            Frank leads the Corporate Team across nine offices in the UK and Ireland supported by specialists in banking, commercial, pensions and tax. The team represents public and private companies from a variety of sectors, as well as private equity funders, financial institutions, management teams and public bodies.

            This breadth of expertise means that the team understands all aspects of a transaction, and all parties' priorities, ensuring that deals move smoothly. Their approach is energetic, decisive and clear. They work to understand clients' needs and have a distinctively approachable style.

            Frank holds the Corporate Finance qualification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales

            When not being a lawyer, Frank plays all sports including football, golf, cricket, tennis and running. He is a member of the Princes' Trust North West Development Committee and also supports MK Dons but watches Manchester United with his son (who was born in Manchester).
