            Finella specialises in advising banks, insolvency practitioners, funds, corporates and individuals on both contentious and non-contentious restructuring and formal insolvency, from administrations and LPA receiverships to commercial mortgage backed work-outs.

            Finella has advised on a wide variety of matters from UK mid-market to global restructurings and insolvencies.

            Her expertise includes formal insolvency and contentious aspects of insolvency and restructuring. She advises on a broad range of matters from bankruptcy to LPA receiverships to trading administrations, aspects of fraud and syndicated restructure.

            Finella has also undertaken a number of commercial mortgage backed work-outs and recently completed a large MBO of ten property funds.

            She has recently been a panel member for a Lexis Nexis live broadcast webinar on administration expenses and currently have a seat on an R3 round table discussion group on 'Women in the Insolvency Industry', which is due to report soon.
