        Ed Farrelly


        With nearly 20 years' experience of employment law, Ed is a highly experienced advocate in employment tribunals, handling complex tribunal claims, including discrimination and whistleblowing. He advises across a wide range of employment related issues.

        Ed is also a highly experienced litigator, working in the County Court and High Court and dealing with a wide range of complex issues, including Judicial Review applications and defences.

        Ed specialises in employment litigation and restrictive covenants, having conducted many cases in the High Court on the enforcement of restrictive covenants, the protection of confidential information and senior executive departures.

        He also specialises in partnership law and partnership disputes and have had considerable experience in the retail and leisure sectors in both employment and licensing matters.

        Ed is a Board member of Manchester Literature Festival, an ever-optimistic follower of Preston North End and is keen on hockey, although these days he's more likely to be watching his sons then playing himself!
