Dan has over 10 years' experience of employment law. He looks for effective and commercial solutions to clients' problems and is known for his clear and practical advice.
He has significant experience of employment litigation on both sides of the fence and exploits the insight this gives him for his clients' benefit, whether in the Tribunal or the High Court. He also regularly advises clients on all aspects of employee relations, issues around business transfers and acquisitions, transformational change on an individual and collective basis and the protection of confidential information.
Before becoming a solicitor, Dan spent five years working for one of the world's largest market research companies.
Outside work he enjoys music, good food, cycling, swimming, skiing and acting as a taxi service to this three children – not necessarily in that order.
