            Clive has experience in advising employers and trustees on a broad range of issues relating to scheme governance, changes in legislation, developments in case law and the pensions aspects of corporate transactions.  


            Clive also has experience in advising on investment issues, having also worked at a leading investment law practice in the City, where he advised asset managers and other stakeholders on a variety of financial services regulatory issues relating to the structuring and marketing of alternative investment funds and other investment products. 

            Clive sits on the Investment Committee of the Association of Pension Lawyers.

            Clive has a Masters degree in Corporate and Commercial law from King's College, London and is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers.
