        Restructuring, Re-Organisations & Redundancy

All organisations inevitably need to consider change in order to progress or remain viable. Change can involve altering the structure of the workforce, amending terms and conditions of staff, and reducing or eliminating the number of employees, in particular roles or at particular locations.

Although embarking on an organisational change project can be daunting, a clear vision of what the organisation wants to achieve, and a well formulated and implemented plan to achieve this, can realise business benefit very quickly. Without a clear strategy, the process can be disruptive and result in a disengaged workforce and subsequent tribunal claims from staff whose employment is terminated.

We will work with you to understand your objectives, consider your options, and help you to formulate a proposal with the minimum of risk. We can provide support in preparing a project plan, providing bespoke or template agendas, briefings, letters, scripts, or selection matrices and train your managers on how best to execute the plan. Alternatively, you may just like us to be available, as a sounding board, in case you require additional support on any issues. In all cases we will draw on our sector expertise to ensure that the advice we give you is not only accurate, but appropriate for your organisation.
