          We can ensure that you have legal and practical guidance with both the pre-employment paperwork, such as job advertisements, right to work in the UK documentation and medical questionnaires and with asking the right questions at interview so that you can identify the best candidates, avoid any unwelcome surprises and hopefully minimise the prospect of any claim from a disgruntled rejected candidate.

          We can also supply clear and legally compliant contracts of employment, ranging from basic generic terms and conditions to bespoke service agreements. We can provide fixed price contracts to give you certainty as to fees or charge by hourly rate, whichever works better for your business.

          At DWF we know through our extensive experience what issues can arise both during and after the Employment relationship and our contracts will make sure that you are as well equipped as possible to deal with these issues.           We understand the importance of confidentiality, restrictive covenants and intellectual property clauses, particularly in relation to senior, client facing and technical employees and our drafting is precise and unambiguous.
