We hope you can join us at our seminar on "how to be a good employer". Employment law is notoriously fast paced and staying up-to-date is certainly a challenge. We will focus on the key issues for employers in the charities sector, ranging from recruitment to bullying and harassment to whistleblowing. Whether considering the employment rights of a volunteer or balancing ethical codes with a disciplinary process, we understand the issues faced by employers in this sector.

We will also provide an overview of what the future might hold for employment law. From the impact of Brexit to the Government's commitment to remove sexual harassment from the workplace; the potential for change is great. We will provide an insight into the practical steps you as a charity can take to stay one step ahead.

          Roundtable

This one hour overview will be followed by a roundtable discussion. Issues arising from the session can be discussed in more detail with peers from across the sector. A DWF representative will help facilitate the discussion. Please note that availability at the roundtable is limited and so please book early to secure your place.

Please email Charlotte Lloyd-Jones if you would prefer to only attend the talk.
