Employer’s and Public Liability update seminar

The employer’s liability and public liability (EL/PL) claims market has endured unprecedented change in the way the claims are litigated and managed. We would like to consider how and why the market is changing and evolving taking into consideration the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013, where the trends are generally heading with the whiplash reforms receiving royal assent together with an oversight of the latest case law in this area.
